If you encounter any issues or disputes with a seller, you should contact the seller directly to seek resolution. Buyorsell Shopping is not responsible for resolving any disputes between buyers and sellers.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zimbabwe.

Buyorsell Shopping is a marketplace where sellers advertise their products or services through storefronts. Sellers pay Buyorsell Shopping to have their storefronts. Before paying for an advertising package, sellers are advised to test the Buyorsell Shopping classifieds service using the free package, which they can upgrade to a paid service upon trial satisfaction. In case sellers want to terminate their subscription to Buyorsell Shopping, they can do so. Buyorsell Shopping will not refund subscription fees if the service was used for over 30 days.

Please note that these Terms and Conditions are part of our overall agreement with users, and by using the Buyorsell Shopping Website, you agree to be bound by both these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
